Events DMC Thailand - Managing Director.

Our team building & events manager and Co-founder Mr Martin Lavis has been in the Travel and Hospitality industry for most of his professional life. He has worked for a variety of Travel and Tourism companies and is well known for expertise in training and corporate team building.

His training reputation is second to none and has built his skill set through various appointments including Kuoni UK, Tour East Thailand

He has facilitated many events in Thailand and beyond and leads events in all destinations together with our fully experienced Thai facilitation team.

His favorite events are the interactive outdoor activities such as Fun in the Sun, Castaway and Stopwatch and he has experience of handling large groups in excess of 300 participants.
